I gained insights into addressing student needs, applying targeted strategies, and fostering collaboration to create inclusive environments. Additionally, interviewing an inspiring teacher reinforced my commitment to inclusive education by highlighting the importance of open communication, evidence-based practices, and celebrating each student’s unique strengths while upholding high expectations.
